Double Crown Enterprise provides money transfer services to all over the world with agents through out UK.

The Scenario
For each transaction the agents gather information from senders manually and fax it to head office. Then the head office staff input the data into a database through custom-built software developed by STAR and process the money transfers. Double Crown has to employ separate staff to input the data from agents.

The Solution
We provided a Web application, where all the agents create transactions and input the data through a secured web site. The head office staff can view them instantly and start processing the money transfers. The application also had a facility to view the status of each transfer and their latest transaction statement online.
